The Community Centre will become a convenience store and a well-known chain has expressed its interest in turning the building into a modern store providing an extra shopping facility for the local area and providing new jobs at the same time.

The building will be fully refitted by the tenant to provide a modern convenience store with a wide range of merchandise.

Additional parking will be provided at the front of the building and the pathway network within the site will be linked to the village of Boddam to provide easy access between the village and the new facilities at Buchan Braes.
