Although the Company in its present shape was formed in 2005, the MAM team has a wealth of experience in aviation, property development, infrastructure management, community regeneration and a thorough and first hand knowledge and sympathetic understanding of Military doctrine and operational requirement.

To that end the MAM team are experienced in building close working strategic partnerships with the many public sector agencies that play an essential role in minimising the effects of redundancy as well as forming joint ventures with both the public and private sectors.
